1. In blender, combine 2 cups (500 mL) sliced strawberries, frozen bananas, milk, ice and honey; mix until smooth.
2. Divide smoothie among 4 bowls. Top with cereal, sliced banana, remaining strawberries, chia seeds and almonds.
Tips:
- Substitute hemp seeds or flax seeds for the chia seeds if desired.
- For a dairy-free alternative, substitute almond milk or soy milk for the milk.
