1. Melt the butter, then add the rest of the dry ingredients, combining to make the crumble.
2. Reserve the peaches.
3. Place 40 per cent of the crumble mix in a shallow dish and add the sliced peaches over top.
4. Add the remaining crumble over the peaches.
5. Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 30 mins (cooking time will be determined by the ripeness of the peaches).
