1. In shallow dish or pan, place crushed cereal or crumbs. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, lightly beat egg, water, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat with cereal. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) about 1 hour or until tender. (Do not cover pan or turn chops while baking).
