1. In pie plate or shallow bowl, combine crushed cereal or crumbs, garlic salt and oregano. In second pie plate or bowl, place flour. In small bowl, beat egg whites and water with fork until thoroughly combined.
2. Cut tomatoes in 1 cm (1/2") thick slices. Dip tomato slices in flour, then in egg mixture, then cereal mixture. Carefully repeat dipping in egg mixture and cereal mixture to double coat completely. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Lightly spray coated tomatoes with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 200°C (400°F) about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
