Parmesan Noodles

Ingredients

  • 500 ml or 2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes* cereal
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs*
  • 250 ml or 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg (375 g/ 12 oz) broad egg noodles
  • 50 ml or 1/4 cup Margarine
  • 30 ml or 2 tbsp Finely chopped fresh parsely

Directions

1. Combine crushed cereal or crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

2. In large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Do not rinse.

3. In same saucepan, combine drained hot noodles with margarine and parsley. Add cereal mixture; toss lightly. Serve immediately on warm platter.
