Place cereal in large bowl. Combine margarine, Italian seasoning, onion salt and pepper. Drizzle over cereal, tossing gently to coat cereal evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in 3.5 L (13 x 9") baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 120° C (250° F) about 10 minutes or until crisp and cereal starts to brown. Cool completely and store in airtight container.
