1. Chop 1/4 cup (60 mL) mango into smaller pieces. Set aside for topping.
2. Add remaining mango, banana, coconut milk, 1/2 cup (125 mL) water, peaches and pineapple to blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Spoon smoothie into two serving bowls. Top evenly with sliced strawberries, cereal, toasted coconut, almonds, chia seeds and reserved chopped mango.
Tips:
- Replace chia seeds with hemp seeds if desired.
- You can substitute any seasonal berries for strawberries.
