Protein is a nutrient that packs a big punch. Good thing each delicious bowl of Special K Protein* cereal has 10 g of protein plus 8 g of fibre per serving (50 g), making it a great way to help start the day. It contains crunchy whole grain clusters, along with a touch of vanilla flavour for that perfect taste.
