Ingredients
- ½ cup
sugar
- ½ cup
white corn syrup
- 1 tbsp
vanilla
- ½ cup
peanut butter
- 3 cups
Directions
- Add the Kellogg’s Corn FlakesⓇ cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Add the sugar and the corn syrup to a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Stir in the vanilla extract and peanut butter until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the Kellogg’s Corn FlakesⓇ cereal and gently mix until well coated.
- Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet roughly into a cookie shape. Allow the cookies to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
