Ingredients
- 2 cups
red candy melts/melting wafers or 2 cups white chocolate + red food colouring
- 1 tbsp
vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract (optional)
- 4 ½ cups
- 1 cup
white chocolate chips
Directions
1. Add the red melting wafers/candy melts or white chocolate and vegetable oil to a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Add red food colouring if using white chocolate to reach the desired colour.
2. Add the vanilla extract to the bowl and stir to combine.
3. Add the Kellogg’s Corn Flakes® cereal and stir until completely coated in the chocolate. Add the white chocolate chips and stir briefly, just enough to distribute the chocolate.
4. Using a large spoon, scoop 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into clusters on a parchment lined baking sheet. Allow the clusters to harden for 30-40 minutes before serving.

Recipe notes
Red melting wafers are perfect. Additional red food colouring can be added as needed.
In place of red candy melts you can use white chocolate and red no-taste food colouring.
