Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Add the Kellogg’s Corn FlakesⓇ cereal to a large freezer bag. Seal the bag leaving a small gap for air to escape and begin to crush the cereal with your hands or a rolling pin until it forms coarse crumbs similar to breadcrumbs.
3. Add the onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bag and shake to combine. Empty the mixture into a large shallow bowl and set aside. In another shallow bowl, add the milk and egg, then whisk until beaten. Set aside.
4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, begin coating them by first dipping each one into the milk mixture, then into the Kellogg’s Corn FlakesⓇ mixture. Lightly press the chicken into the cereal until all sides are coated then gently shake off any excess. Place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown (internal temperature is 170° F or 76° C).
6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley alongside your favorite dipping sauce.
