Marshmallows
- 7 tbsp
Unsalted Butter
- 12 tbsp
Milk Powder
- 4 cups
Crackers (broken into small pieces)
- 3/4 cup
Mixed Nuts
- Optional
Optional Rice KrispiesⓇ cereal or scallion for garnish
Directions
1. Melt the Base
o In a non-stick pan over low heat, melt the butter.
o Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
2. Mix the Ingredients
o Turn on the heat. Immediately stir in the milk powder until well combined.
o Quickly add the crushed crackers, whole Rice KrispiesⓇ cereal, and mixed nuts.
o Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
3. Shape and Set
o Transfer the mixture to a tray or mold lined with parchment paper.
o Flatten and press it evenly to about 2–3 cm thick using a spatula or rolling pin.
4. Cool and Cut
o Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm.
o Remove from the tray and cut into small cubes or bars. Dust with extra milk powder or shredded coconut if desired.
